    At Rishikul Yogshala, our 300-Hour YTTC is designed for intermediate to advanced students and teachers. However, it is not limited to those who wish to become yoga teachers. Our yoga teacher training program is also ideal for serious yoga practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge and experience of yoga and take their personal practice to the next level.

    Yoga Experience

    A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of regular yoga practice is recommended.

    Students should have a strong understanding of basic yoga postures and be comfortable practicing at an intermediate level.

    Physical and Mental Health

    Students should be in good physical and mental health to join our 300-YTTC program.

    Language Proficiency

    A good understanding of English is required since all instruction will be provided in English by our certified yoga teachers.

    Applicants should be able to read, write, and speak basic English.

    Commitment to Learning Yoga

    Students should have a strong commitment to learning and developing their yoga practice and teaching skills.

    Attendance and participation in all classes, workshops, and events are compulsory.

    The 300-hour YTTC certification confirms that the graduates have met the standards and requirements set by Yoga Alliance, including a minimum of 300 hours of instruction in yoga asanas, philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practicum.
